We are not responsible for items after they have been shipped. We are not responsible for lost or missing items as well as delayed items, if this is your case you will need to contact your local Postal Service.

Please note that expedited, express, or priority mail packages are never guaranteed to arrive within the timeframe stated.

If you the customer enters your shipping address incorrectly, customer is responsible to pay for postage to be reshipped. If you decline to repay shipping fee package will not be resent and a refund will not be issued, as all sales are final.
