Refund & Return Policy

All Bye Hollywood apparel is handmade and made to order. Because each piece is prepared for your order, all sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, fit preference, or a size selected incorrectly at checkout.

Production & Delivery Times

Handmade orders usually take 1–2 weeks to make, but may take longer if an item needs to be redone. Production time is separate from shipping time, and all time estimates are approximate.

If you’re ordering for a birthday, anniversary, or another special occasion, please order well in advance. We can’t guarantee that a package will arrive by a specific date, and an order arriving after an event does not qualify for a refund on its own.

When a Refund May Be Requested

A refund may be requested only if:

• We sent a different size than the size on your order.
• We sent the wrong item.
• Your item arrived damaged.

If one of these applies, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the request and let you know the next steps. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
