Shipping policy

We are not responsible for items after they have been shipped. We are not responsible for lost or missing items as well as delayed items, if this is your case you will need to contact your local Postal Service.

Please note that expedited, express, or priority mail packages are never guaranteed to arrive within the timeframe stated.

Production & Delivery Times

Handmade orders usually take 1–2 weeks to make, but may take longer if an item needs to be redone. Production time is separate from shipping time, and all time estimates are approximate.

If you’re ordering for a birthday, anniversary, or another special occasion, please order well in advance. We can’t guarantee that a package will arrive by a specific date, and an order arriving after an event does not qualify for a refund on its own.

If you the customer enters your shipping address incorrectly, customer is responsible to pay for postage to be reshipped. If you decline to repay shipping fee package will not be resent and a refund will not be issued, as all sales are final.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping cost of returning your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We will reach out to you after we receive your return, which can take time to process. Consider using a shipping Service that provides tracking, as Bye Hollywood cannot be held liable for lost or missing returns. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Bye Hollywood is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
